Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with all included accessories and proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, installed, or operated in a clinical environment are not eligible for return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are strictly limited to defective or damaged products, or incorrect items shipped.
Returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or non-defective reasons are not accepted.

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

To ensure efficient handling of your request, customers are required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A full unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon arrival

This video evidence helps us verify the issue and process your request accurately.

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.

All products are quality-checked prior to shipping to ensure performance and reliability.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used products

  • Products that have been installed or operated

  • Services

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the defective product (if eligible), and once approved, proceed with a new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Warranty & Maintenance Policy

Kaneiko handpieces are designed for durability, precision, and long-term clinical performance. Instead of a conventional warranty model, we provide a maintenance-based support system to ensure continuous usability.

Each handpiece includes:

  • 1 set of replacement bearings (free)

  • 1 KaVo-compatible quick coupling (free)

These components allow users to perform basic maintenance independently, reducing downtime and service costs.

Our handpieces are engineered for easy servicing. Clinics can replace wear-and-tear components such as bearings to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the product.

If technical servicing is required, customers may send the product to our service centre for inspection and maintenance.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for maintenance will be borne by the customer

  • Wear-and-tear components (such as bearings) are considered consumables
